Geology department of University of Latvia would like to invite you to the second International Students Geological Conference, which will be held near Sigulda (Latvia) in April and May 2011.
The aim of this conference is to continue the traditions of the first International Students Geological Conference held in Krakow (Poland) in April 2010 and to bring together geology students from various countries, to discuss the results of their scientific work.
The conference will include scientific sessions and field trips to the most exciting geological objects in Latvia. The oral presentations are planned in four parallel sessions and will be accompanied by poster presentations. The official language of the conference will be English.
