University of Latvia first time entered in the list of top best universities in the world

The QS World University Rankings is released 10th September by Quacquarelli Symonds. Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) is a British company specialising in education and study abroad. The QS World University Rankings is regarded as one of the three most influential and widely observed international university rankings, along with the Times Higher Education World University Rankings and the Academic Ranking of World Universities. The University of Latvia (700+) enters the list of top for the first time.
