Design of polymeric ionic liquid systems for sustainable upgrading of crude gas mixtures

This project investigates novel structural motifs for tuning ionic-liquid selectivity and capacity across a range of gas separations, providing alternatives to established, energy-intensive processes. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with experts in molecular simulation and physical chemistry, both on site and through secondments across Europe.
