Roundtable discussion on Knowledge Security

University of Latvia and the Information Centre Riga of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) cordially invite representatives of Latvian science and higher education institutions to participate in a discussion on the topic “Knowledge Security and Science Diplomacy: Taking responsibility in international academic cooperation”.

Benedikt Brisch, Head of Division Knowledge Exchange and Network of the DAAD, will give a keynote speech on Knowledge Security and Science Diplomacy. That topic has become particularly relevant in the context of contemporary academic and scientific cooperation between countries. The keynote speech will by followed by a discussion and exchange of experiences.

Time: November 20th, 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM

Location: Riga, University of Latvia, Senate hall, Raiņa Blvd. 19

The discussion will be held in English.
