LU konference
The symposium aims at bringing together scholars, practitioners and novice researchers representing different areas of linguistics, literature and culture for a discussion on the role of languages in international communication in the contemporary world.
The focus of the symposium is on semantics, pragmatics, text and corpus linguistics, discourse analysis, language acquisition, lexicology, lexicography, translation and interpretation, culture and literature studies.
The working languages of the symposium are English, French and Spanish. The symposium will be held at the University of Latvia in Riga, Latvia.
