The Business Incubator of the University of Latvia invites you to take advantage of the opportunity to participate in the online workshop “Ideation afternoon”, which will be held on February 13, 2024, and anyone interested can participate in it. The workshop will be led by Benedikt Glatzl who has gained experience in evaluating and managing various organizations, companies and products. The workshop is part of the “Green HExagon” project and will be held in English.

This workshop is ideal for those looking to kickstart their entrepreneurial journey but still not have a clear idea or problem to solve in mind but also to those with existing ideas seeking validation.  

“I'm an IT product and innovation manager, my passion is helping organizations and teams overcome challenges and innovate through strategic thinking, creative problem solving and data analysis. Over the past 13 years, I have gained experience in evaluating and managing various organizations, companies and products, which helps me see problems from different points of view and find suitable solutions for them. Experience using Scrum, Agile Development, Lean Startup & Design Thinking frameworks and product management tools such as Jira, Wrike, Monday and others,” Benedikt Glatzl commnets about his experience and knowledge. 

The “Ideation Afternoon” workshop will be held online on February 13, from 4:00 to 6:30 p.m. (CET) / 5:00 to 7:30 p.m. (EET). During this event, you will have the opportunity to get to know the approaches to ideas and find out the benefits of generating new ideas or improving existing ideas. The workshop actively supports the participants in the development of basic competencies such as creative thinking, idea generation, idea development and creation of value propositions. 

Advance preparation is not required or optional. Bringing your own idea in is encouraged, as well as basic understanding of online whiteboard solutions such as Miro.
