Designed for higher education professionals working directly with Erasmus+ and internationalisation, the EUF Training Week continues to grow as a space where practice, exchange, and institutional experience come together in a structured yet highly applied learning environment.
For International Relations Office staff, project coordinators, and internationalisation leaders, the reality of Erasmus+ work often involves balancing multiple priorities at once — from compliance and reporting requirements to strategic development, digitalisation, and evolving European policy frameworks. This training week is designed to respond to that complexity in a practical and grounded way.
The programme includes three thematic tracks:
- Erasmus+ KA2 Lump Sum project management (26–28 October): for experienced staff working in Erasmus+ KA2 projects, including project coordinators and project support units. The focus is on practical implementation under lump sum funding rules, real case discussion, and peer exchange.
- Erasmus+ KA1 mobility management (26–28 & 28-30 October): a hands-on training on student and staff mobility management, tailored to different experience levels. The track focuses on tools, workflows, and the broader policy context of mobility within European higher education.
- Strategic synergies between KA1 and KA2 (28–30 October): for Heads of International Relations Offices, senior internationalisation staff, and experienced professionals involved in institutional strategy and coordination. The focus is on how mobility and cooperation projects can reinforce each other within institutional internationalisation strategies.
Across all tracks, the emphasis is on practical relevance, peer learning, and direct applicability to institutional contexts.
Higher education staff may be eligible to participate using Erasmus+ staff mobility funding.
