Registration and Deadlines

Deadline for registration is April 15, 2018. Please submit the following registration form. The early registration fee (until April 15, 2018) is 250 EUR and the registration fee for students and PhD students is 200 EUR. It covers the abstract volume, four meals, welcome party, conference dinner, coffee breaks and excursion. The late registration fee (April 16 – May 15, 2018) is 300 EUR. The registration fee for accompanying persons is 100 EUR.

Deadlines

Registration and abstract submission: March 15, 2018 Deadline for submission of abstracts is extended until March 25, 2018 Notification of abstract acceptance: March 30, 2018. Payment of the early registration fee: April 15, 2018.
