Since the breathing rhythm is related to the emotional state, the awareness about one’s breathing allows to gradually develop the sense of self-regulation. Breathing can become the support - the anchor in stress-related situations, as well as the shelter in the daily routine – a moment of rest when you do not have to go anywhere or do anything. Solar Cup 2017 results The Solar Cup takes place for the 10 th time in Latvia. There were 26 teams from different schools registered for the competition. All the participants received the kits of solar cells and engines. On June 3, 24 teams each consisting of 1-3 people arrived.
