The Faculty of Humanities Gender Studies Centre (FH GSC) was established in January 1998. It is a study and research centre dealing with women/men studies and family research topics, such as feminist and gender theories, gender and power, religion, culture, history, politics, philosophy. The Centre has an interdisciplinary education and research programme which summarises and analyses the different aspects of gender in social sciences and humanities. The Centre offers free choice (Part C) study courses, organizes conferences and summer schools, and creates publications. A wide range of books and materials on gender studies are available in the Centre's reading room.
