In the study program, the economic activities of organizations are studied and analyzed and new and innovative development strategies are proposed, the financial evaluation of project alternative solutions is carried out using various evaluation methods, the value analysis of project alternative solutions is carried out, the project environment analysis is carried out, the necessary infrastructure for the project is created, justified project proposals are formulated and project tasks, analyzed the structure of the organization and adapted it to the needs of project and program management, ensured the successful progress and coordination of the project management process, developed and maintained the specific documentation necessary for project management throughout the course of project development and implementation.

In order to obtain a professional qualification and a professional master's degree in project management, the student must pass all the course tests required in the study program and defend two internship reports, as well as final exam - the development and defense of a master's thesis.

Study period and classes time

The full – time degree programme covers two academic years. Classes are 2-4 days per week: in the evenings of working days from 6.15pm till 9.30pm and on saturdays from 8.30am till 20.05pm.

Programme structure

The program covers issues of economically effective project management, such as theoretical aspects of project management (project phases, life cycle, project organization), project management processes, risk management, project quality management, social and legal aspects of project management, program and project portfolio management, project and finance. 

Career opportunities
You can work in organizations of various sizes, both private and public. You will gain transferable skills that will allow you to easily change industries according to your preferences. The professional qualification of a project manager will be an additional benefit to obtaining an academic degree. You can continue your academic education and also apply for PhD studies.

Admission requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education in Economics, Management science or other Social sciences; Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education in the fields of related sciences: Mathematics, Computer science, Information technology or Engineering and acquired study course of Management sciences or Economics (2 credits); Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education in other branches of science and at least two years of work experience in the field of project management.
  2. The average grade in study courses must be 60% of the maximum. 
  3. All grades must be passing (at least 4 in a 10 point grading system).
  4. English language proficiency.
  5. CV must be submitted for evaluation of work experience.

As a part of the admission process applicants will be asked to participate in an online interview.
