The 13th International Students’ Research Conference

The 13th International Students’ Research Conference is slowly approaching as the hard work to organise the grand event is already underway. This year we encourage every researcher to take a risk and do their best work in order to explore their field. There is no better place for young researchers to gain experience, meet other researchers from higher education institutions in Latvia and abroad, and spend time in a productive and worthwhile way. The 13th International Students’ Research Conference is the event during which one can form new friendships, establish academic relations for future communication, and develop one’s presentation skills.

Young researchers are welcomed to be brave and participate in the conference which will take place on May 13 – 15, 2014. Be the best in your field and gain an ace up your sleeve! Location: University of Latvia, Faculty of Pedagogy, Psychology and Art, Jūrmalas gatve 74/76, Riga. Participants of the conference: bachelor, professional studies, masters, PhD students as well as students of secondary school, and teaching staff. The outline of the conference: plenary, parallel sections, in which the participants of the conference are welcome to present their research as a 15 minute talk, 45 minute workshop, 30 minute discussion or 10 minute poster presentation; and closing plenary. Organizers: 3rd year students of English language teacher study programme. Due date for submission of presenter’s application form is April 4, 2014.
