Stop next to the UL Academic Centre added to bus route No. 23

From November 1st,buses will follow the existing route from the city centre to Akmenu Street, then continue along this street to Jelgavas Street, then along Jelgavas Street to Bauskas Street and further by the existing route to Balozi. The buses from Balozi will follow the existing route to Jelgavas Street, further along the street to Akmenu Street, then along Akmenu Street to Mūkusalas Street and further along the existing route to the terminal stop. The bus stops of  route No. 23 “Kīleveina grāvis”, “Celtniecības pasaule” and “Laivu iela” will be closed in both directions from November 1^st as will the bus stop “Jelgavas iela” in the direction from the city centre. New bus stops will be opened on Jelgavas Street – “Latvijas Universitātes Akadēmiskais centrs” in both directions and “2. trolejbusu parks” in the direction from the city centre. Trolleybuses that go to/from  trolleybus depot No. 2 will now stop at “Latvijas Universitātes Akadēmiskais centrs” in both directions. Departure times of bus No. 23 from the terminal stops will stay the same. Timetable of  bus route No. 23
