Looking for the best business idea in Europe, which solve the climate changes

Students,start-ups and entrepreneurs are invited to submit their cleantech ideas. All entries are judged on their impact on climate change, their growth potential and on skills and enthusiasm. The most promising entries gain access to Climate-KIC’s Accelerator programme, geared at growing big cleantech ideas into strong businesses. The competition is now open for entries in 26 countries.

Your idea can be an innovation in renewable energy, a sustainable transition in the food chain, a mind shift in urban mobility or any other way to tackle climate change. The overall winner of the European Final receives € 10,000, the runner up gets € 5,000 and the idea that comes in third place wins € 2,500. Need an inspiration? Watch this video.  Let us challenge you, join the competition. But before you do, we just want to make sure that you:
  • have not yet started a business or you started it less than one year ago;
  • have no substantial revenue;
  • you have attracted no more than € 200.000 in investment;
  • you have not yet sold products, solutions or prototypes on commercial terms.
