Academic CentreCentre for Further Legal Education and Professional Improvement of the University of Latvia provides continuing education and professional development services by transferring legal knowledge, skills and competences to Latvian residents, representatives of the professional organisations and local government employees, as well as private persons.
The Centre cooperates primarily with professional legal organisations, as well as with the state and local authorities and private persons. In addition to working with legal professionals, the centre develops and organises courses for non-legal professionals, carries out research and delivers opinions on current rights issues.
