The University of Latvia invites you to an open lecture by Alain Berset, Secretary General of the Council of Europe, entitled “Whose Security? Europe in Times of Rupture.”
During the lecture, Alain Berset will present his vision for the New Democratic Pact for Europe and discuss the challenges facing Europe’s future with the academic community.
