The University of Latvia offers a list of possible accommodation in Riga to ensure students' self-isolation when coming from abroad or other occasions requiring self-isolation. The list of accommodation does not include dormitories, halls of residence or apartments under the supervision of the University of Latvia to ensure all security measures for students living in dormitories and halls of residence.

Hotel Janne

The hotel can offer students different types of rooms for EUR 250 for 14 days, subject to availability.

The hotel rooms are fully equipped for pleasant stay.

The student’s room has an en suite bathroom with shower and a kitchenette area with refrigerator, kettle, microwave and the necessary crockery and utensils to prepare and enjoy a meal.

Requirements:

  • a completed prepayment before arrival to avoid contact with hotel staff upon the arrival;
  • face mask and rubber gloves must be worn by the guest upon arrival and during stay in common areas;
  • the stay and movement through the common areas must be limited as much as possible for safety reasons;
  • exercise due diligence and care of one’s own and other people’s health and safety.

The hotel does not provide students with:

  • catering, but it is possible to either use the shop delivery services or make a separate agreement with the hotel staff to arrange personal delivery;
  • room cleaning, – if any cleaning assistance is required, the student must personally agree with the hotel staff in person.
