1. Jūras Banys (Lithuania)

    Prof. Jūras Banys, Habil. Dr. in Physics, is a professor at Vilnius University and President of the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences. He is a foreign member of the Latvian Academy of Sciences as well a member of multiple academic councils in national and international scientific organizations. He has received the Lithuanian Science Prize and the Order of the Grand Duke Gediminas. His research focuses on ferroelectrics and dielectric spectroscopy. 
     
  2. Scott Bates (USA)

    Dr. Scott Bates is a Professor and Head of the Psychology Department at Utah State University, with a PhD in Social Psychology. He has held administrative roles including Associate Vice President and Associate Dean in the Office of Research and Graduate Studies and has led numerous research projects in education, behavior prevention, and environmental psychology.  
     

  3. Giacinto della Cananea (Italy)

    Prof. Giacinto della Cananea, PhD in European Law, is a Professor of Administrative Law at Bocconi University. He has served as a visiting professor in Frankfurt, Paris, Yale and received an ERC Advanced Grant, for his research on the common core of European administrative laws and the Spinelli Outreach Prize, for the work concerning the codification of administrative procedures published by ReNEUAL. His research focuses on comparative administrative law and global legal principles. 
     

  4. Isabelle Cousin (France)

    Dr. Isabelle Cousin holds a PhD in soil physics and serves as Deputy Director of the Info&Sols Research Unit at INRAE in Orléans, France. She has extensive experience in soil-water-gas interactions and leads national and EU projects on soil quality and climate regulation. She received the Xavier Bernard Foundation Prize for her contributions to sustainable water management in agriculture. 
     

  5.  Krister Lindén (Finland)

    Dr. Krister Lindén, PhD in Language Technology, is Research Director at the University of Helsinki’s Department of Digital Humanities and National Coordinator of FIN-CLARIN. He serves as an advisor to national institutions and chairs the CLARIN ERIC National Coordinators Forum of European Research Infrastructure Consortium. He has led numerous language technology projects and published over 190 peer-reviewed papers. He also serves as an advisor for the National Library of Finland and the Centre for the Languages of Finland. 
     

  6. Katrin Niglas (Estonia)

    Prof. Katrin Niglas holds a PhD in Educational Sciences and is Vice-Rector for Research at Tallinn University. She is a leading expert in mixed methods research and serves on editorial boards of major journals. She has received multiple national and international awards for research and teaching excellence and is active in Estonian and European academic organizations. 
     

  7. Bruno Sainz Anding (Spain)

    Dr. Bruno Sainz holds a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology and is Principal Investigator, Sols-Morreale Biomedical Research Institute, Group Leader and Co-Director of Cancer Research, Ramón y Cajal Health Research Institute. He leads research on cancer stem cells and the tumor microenvironment in pancreatic cancer and chairs the Scientific Advisory Board at the University of Latvia’s Faculty of Medicine. He has held appointments at UAM, CSIC, and IRYCIS. 
     

  8. Diana Šaparnienė (Lithuania)

    Prof. Diana Šaparnienė holds a PhD in Social Sciences and is affiliated with Klaipėda University and Vilnius University. She has served as Vice-Rector for Research and Head of the Public Administration Department at Šiauliai University. For fifteen years she was appointed as a member of the Group of Independent Experts on the European Charter of Local Self-Government. She is a member of a national Doctoral Consortium in the field of Management. Her academic profile is marked by the active dissemination of scientific insights through numerous publications and research projects with a focus on innovation leadership, e. governance, local and regional development, and sustainable tourism.  

  9. Andrei Terian-Dan (Romania)

    Prof. Andrei Terian-Dan, PhD in Philology, is Vice-Rector for Research, Innovation and Internationalization at Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu, former Dean and Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Letters and Arts. He specializes in Romanian and world literature and leads the ERC-funded project “A Transnational History of Romanian Literature.” He is active in European and national academic governance - EUA Council for Doctoral Education, FORTHEM Alliance, CNFIS, CCCDI and has received the AATSEEL Prize for Best Multi-Scholarly Volume. 
     

  10. Nikolay V. Vitanov (Bulgaria)

    Prof. Nikolay Vitanov, PhD in Physics, is a professor, Director of the Center for Quantum Technologies at Sofia University (SU) and Deputy Minister of Higher Education and Science, former Vice-Rector and Deputy Dean at SU.  He has published over 250 papers, is ranked among the top physicists globally, and has led numerous EU and national projects. He is a member of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and recipient of multiple Pythagoras Prizes. In 2025 he has been elected as a foreign member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
