CONFERENCEThe objective of the Infrastructure Development Department is to manage and coordinate the development of infrastructure facilities that are significant for the implementation of the University of Latvia’s (UL) strategy.
The Infrastructure Development Department ensures the preparation and coordination of the UL Real Estate Development Plan, as well as the preparation, updating, and regular reporting on progress in cooperation with the Infrastructure Management Service and the Real Estate Revenue Division. It performs financial calculations for real estate development plans and assesses funding attraction opportunities; prepares, coordinates, and updates technical and economic justifications for projects; organizes a set of activities for attracting funding and investments; prepares the necessary information and reports in accordance with the terms of funding agreements; implements coordinated planning, organization, and execution of infrastructure development projects; evaluates the efficiency of the use of UL infrastructure and provides proposals for its improvement.
