According to paragraph 34 of the UL Constitution, the Academic Arbitration Court has five members – four representatives of the academic staff and one representative of the Student Council. Academic staff representatives are elected by the UL Constitutional Assembly for its term of office. The student representative is elected by the UL Student Council.
Members of UL Academic Arbitration Court:
- Ringolds Balodis, Professor of the Faculty of Law, chair of the Arbitration Court;
- Kristaps Āboliņš, representative of Student Council, secretary of the Arbitration Court;
- Silvija Meiere, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law;
- Ingrīda Rumba-Rozenfelde, Professor at the Faculty of Medicine and Life Sciences;
- Dace Grauda, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Medicine and Life Sciences.
