Participants were introduced to the concept of Scientix, how it works and how teachers can benefit from it and add their value to the community. The aim of the study course is to inform teachers of history and social sciences about the latest findings of World and Latvian prehistory and research approaches in order to promote the integration of this knowledge in teaching process in schools.
Tasks:
1. To promote the understanding of the most significant phenomena of prehistory, modern methods of their research and the most productive methods of their characterization.
2. To expand the notions about the essence, transformation and transfer of prehistoric cultural heritage. 3. 
The course goal is to acquire the basics and principles of digital drawing and modelling using AutoCAD software. AutoCAD software is widely used in engineering, design and art. It applies vector-based graphics to create 2D and 3D drawings, illustrations, diagrams and models, their final products can be constructed as physical objects by means of a plotter, laser cutter, CNC or 3D printing machine.
The course objectives are as follows:
1. Learn the basics of digital drawing and modeling
2. Learn how to create 2D and 3D drawings, diagrams and models
3. To master the skill of using 3D printing systems
This study course is intended for unlocking tactile perception abilities, developing the skills of reproducing (reconstructing) plastic 3D modelling and strengthening the abilities of visual assessment of environmental objects.
The content of the course introduces the basic principles and methods of three-dimensional volume modelling using soft and hard modelling materials. Successful acquisition of the course content promotes a systemic understanding of the logic of forms, regularities and the large-scale connection of objects with space.
The aim of the course is to create a basic understanding of the regularities of 3D modelling and the interaction of objects with space or the environment.
