International Conference "Gifted Children: Challenges and Possibilities" will be held October 11-15, 2009

The conference will be organized by University of Latvia, Kaunas University of Technology and National Student Academy (Lithuania).

The first conference was organized in Kaunas, Lithuania, in October 2007.

The conference will focus on
  • Development of gifts and talents.
  • Supportive environment for gifted children (in family and education settings: secondary, basic, primary levels).
  • Teaching for talent.
The abstracts will be published to the conference. Full papers will be reviewed and published in conference proceedings' volume after conference; selected papers will be published in "Baltic Journal of Psychology".
