CONFERENCEThe purpose of the Infrastructure Maintenance Service is to ensure the lawful, economical, efficient, and effective management and administration of UL real estate properties.
The tasks of the Infrastructure Maintenance Service include the management and administration of UL real estate properties; the organization of appropriate price surveys for the procurement of goods, services, supplies, and construction works that are not subject to the Public Procurement Law or its procurement procedures; the input and updating of necessary data on UL real estate in UL information systems, as well as in national or municipal institution databases and information systems.
