Floorball trainings
The goal of floorball training is to comprehensively develop physical strength, speed, agility, and endurance while fostering team spirit, discipline, and the ability to make quick, strategic decisions in game situations. The sessions help strengthen the body, improve coordination and technique, and achieve a high level of athletic performance. Floorball also teaches teamwork, perseverance, and determination, as well as instills values that are useful both in sports and everyday life.
Location: Rimi Olympic Centre (Grostonas Street 6B, Riga).
