LU night sports tournaments have been organized for more than ten years and have become one of the most popular sports activities within the university. These events combine the spirit of competition with a relaxed and informal atmosphere, allowing participants to spend an active evening and strengthen community bonds.
The tournament will take place on March 26, 2026, in Riga at the Banku Augstskola sports hall, Skanstes Street 43. Participant registration will start at 23:00, while the games will begin at 23:15.
The tournament is open to LU students and employees. Each team must consist of four players, and both experienced basketball players and 3x3 basketball enthusiasts are welcome to participate.
Participation in the tournament is free of charge, upon presentation of a valid LU student or employee ID. Teams can register by completing the electronic registration form until March 25 at 23:59.
