3rd STAGE (July -­ October, 2014)

Stage 3 (July - October, 2014)

During stage 3 detalisation of mechanical assembly was finished. Now all blueprints are ready, manufacturing of mechanical components has begun. Deformation analysis of assembly was performed, outlining extent and manner of optical path deformations, design of compensation gear and structure of compensation models were composed.

Control software modules are being developed. Ephemeris module is practically finished, most of positioning and astrometry modules functionality is operational.

Infrastructure purchase tenders have succeeded, hopefully, delivery of most principal items will be finished early next year.

Presentations about project have been delivered in the Nocturnal-Riga 2014 conference. A paper about reference star identification is being prepared.
