Astronomy news site and public observatory StarSpace. The astronomy news site StarSpace publishes information about the Solar System, the Universe, the history of astronomy, astronomy-related sciences, technologies and events in Latvia.
StarSpace Ltd. offers a visit to the public observatory in Suntaži. During a visit lasting approximately two hours, you can listen to an engaging lecture about stars, planets, "aliens", animals in space and other topics in simple language. After the lecture, the constellations visible at that time are viewed outside - how to find them, what they look like. Stargazing continues in the observatory, viewing the objects visible that particular evening through one of the most powerful telescopes available to the public in Latvia.
