On May 29 and 30, 2018, University of Latvia organised the third transnational meeting under the framework of the project “AgeFactor - Boosting adult career management and key competences for inclusion and employability through social media” in Riga.

Around 20 project partners - leading experts from labour market consulting fields, educational organisations and media groups - from Latvia, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Italy, France has attended the event.

During the meeting the progress of project was discussed and satisfying outputs were shared. Participants from different countries coordinate with each other on project management and further development, as well as administrative and financial issues. Some representatives presented project progress on topic of “Booster: sharing and learning experiences”, “Campaigns: update on the progress of experimentation with companies” and “Compass: processes, methods and purpose”.

Overall, this fruitful meeting stimulated the further progress of project and deeper collaboration among partners.

AgeFactor is a project co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union, focusing on over 50s adults to equip them with digital and transversal skills through conscious use of social media for professional career management.
