The aim of the course is to provide an insight into EU – Eastern Partnership – Russia energy dialog. To achieve this aim students will be provided with knowledge about EU Energy policy, its external dimension as well as EU and Russia`s energy diplomacy in EU EaP countries will be analysed. The course will focus on key areas of critical importance to energy. Analysis about world-wide important energy markets will be given. Trends in energy needs for the EU and world-wide supply prospects will be discussed. One of the important issues of the course will be the substantial energy security problems, economic and environmental gains possible while implementing a "high efficiency scenario".
