| The objective of this course is to provide students with the necessary knowledge of the EU law, as well as its origin and structure. In addition to that, provisions for functioning of the institutions of the EU and the enlargement of the EU and its problems in conjunction with the integration of New Member States are discussed. The special attention will be given to the activities of the candidate countries in field of law harmonization, which are directed to further accession to the EU.
