| The objective of this course is to familiarize students with the EU Constitutional Law: basic treaties, citizenship of the EU, institutions and decision-making mechanisms. The utmost attention is given to the recent attempts to consolidate the basic constitutional treaties. In addition the role of the European Court of Justice in developing the EU law is analyzed.
