FT-IR spectra are collected using Vertex 70, micro plate reader HTS-XT or microscope Hyperion 2000 (Bruker, Germany). IR-spectroscopy methods are used to study the macromolecular composition of different bio-samples; analysis of microbial cell storage substances; screening, identification and discrimination of strains; control and monitoring of fermentation, composting, degradation and remediation processes.
