The programme will include an introduction to laboratory work, with a general overview of antimicrobial susceptibility testing approaches, including MIC and MBC methods, and their importance in scientific research.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to tour the laboratories, become familiar with the cryocollection and laboratory equipment, and attend demonstrations that provide insight into microorganism cultivation and analysis. The Open Day will take place in an open and educational atmosphere, encouraging interest in microbiology, research, and study opportunities.
