On the 8th of June, Janis Liepins attended Marie Skłodowska-Curie Individual Fellowship (MSC IF) training day in Tartu. The training was organised by the Estonian Research Council (ETAg). The trainers were Kristin Kraav, National Contact Point for Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions, ETAg and Terje Tuisk, Head of Department of Science Communication, ETAg.  

The workshop helped participant’s to grasp central aspects of MSCA IF.  The participants were introduced to MSC IF project writing, submitting, evaluating and results reporting phases. Participants could virtually participate in project evaluation and see what are the critical elements ensuring, that grant application will get high evaluation and what are caveats lowering evaluation score. Terje Tuisk talked about necessity to do science communication and what would be adequate channels for the audience of choice. Link to MSCA IF.
