The aim of the course is to introduce the basic principles of the mathematical modelling approach, numerical solution methods for physical problems and various aspects of the numerical calculations. For the attainment of objective modelling software ANSYS and CFX is mostly used and basic implemented physical models as well as demonstrations of application possibilities in various areas are provided. Software structure, problem solving steps and practical skills are acquired. Course abstract:
The aim of the course is to provide information about constitutional foundation of the Latvian Sate and instruct students of the protection of fundamental rights in constitutional institutions of the Republic of Latvia. During lectures and seminars it has been planned to have also lectures/seminars outside of University by organizing excursions with a lecture and meeting persons in the same institutions, for ex. Constitutional Court, Saeima, Supreme Court. In spite the course has been dedicated to the issues of constitutional regulation of Latvia, it will combine also comparative aspect. In the course all actual and topical information of recent developments of the constitutional institutions and protection of fundamental rights will be presented.
