Course abstract:
The program acquaints with the possibilities of promoting positive behavior in the family and educational institution. It increases the competence of participants as parents for acting in the team of the educational institution, local community and on the national level. It forms the understanding about the cooperation between the family and educational institution and its importance in the child’s social and emotional development. The program acquaints learners with the normative documents that help and support parents and their functioning as social partners in the educational system. It develops the learners’ skills to make cooperation as a manageable process among the educational institution, family, state and municipality. It forms the understanding about the importance of the cultural environment in promoting motivation in the educational institution and local community. The key aim of the program is to improve the competence of the family/parents in supporting the children’s acquisition of education, in promoting positive behavior in the family and cooperation on the level of the educational institution, municipality and state.

Course abstract:
The aim of the course is to provide listeners with basic knowledge of Indian Classical Dance. Listeners acquire basic steps and mudras (hand positions), set of 10 exercises for Indian Dance (special exercises for specific body parts and groups of muscles that help to better adapt the body for the technique). The course develops skills for better understanding of your body and dance in whole. This course will teach Odissi style – one of the world’s most ancient and sophisticated systems of Indian classical dance that has gone through almost 2 millenniums of constant development process. The Odissi style has originated in the state of Orissa. It’s a very graceful, tender and a very canonical style. Sometimes, it is called the Indian ballet. The style is built around two basic postures: Tribhanga (three-bend body posture) that represents the female principle, and Chowka (the four corners) that represents the male principle.

Course will help listeners to get the initial understanding of modern information technologies: database systems, Internet, e-learning environments and other IT solutions that might be used in schools. Both theoretical knowledge and practical skills will be taught during this course. There will be in an in-depth study of MOODLE.
