Course abstract:
Goal of the study course is to provide students possibility to master business organization methods and planning principles and methods for management of these processes. Tasks of the study course: 1. is intended to describe the characteristics and business conditions in its start-up business; 2. to clarify general regularities and principles of business functioning; 3. to master legal preconditions and territorial location principles of establishment of business, and skills to use them; 4. to master production and planning organization methods, as well as skills and abilities to use them; 5. to discussed based on the company's strategic choices in different situations.
