Course abstract:
The objective of the course is to introduce students with the basics of teaching methodology in the context of modern educational theories and practice. During the course students will gain knowledge necessary for profession of a chemistry teacher and basic practical skills for the planning and management of chemistry teaching process. Students shall identify objectives and tasks of the study process, work with regulatory documents applicable to the field of teaching chemistry as well as master teaching methods, forms and use of teaching aids and media resources for basic and secondary school level.
