E-courses LitZ4026: History of Styles of Latvian Literature up to 1940 (Latvian Novel)
Course annotation Objectives: 1) understanding of the history of the literary theory in Europe; 2) understanding the devilment of aesthetical ideas and its impact on Western European culture.
Results Students:
- deepen and extend the skills of literary text analysis and evaluation;

- acquire in-depth understanding of the poetic categories of an epic text, a history of novel genre, typology and identity of history of Latvian novel.
