EU Public Communication: Theory and Practice

The objective of this course is to look systematically at the EU's public communication and the ongoing development of the communication aspects of the EU institutions, Member States and civil relations. This course focuses on promoting an understanding of the public relations practice and theory. This course will help the students to apply the theory in the area of international cooperation. Students will identify problems, analyze them, and address them on the basis of theoretical knowledge and international experience. Particular attention is being paid to the EU's public communication in the New Member States. This course builds understanding about place and role of public communication in multilateral world.
