The decision was made during the 4th CBSS Committee of Senior Officials meeting under the Russian CBSS Presidency on 29 - 30 January 2013 in Brussels.
Five of BSRUN member institutions are in the university consortium implementing the CBSS EuroFaculty in Pskov (Pskov State University, University of Turku, University of Tartu, Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and the University of Latvia). With the reference to the letter on 11 February 2013 Mr. Sergey Petrovich (Chairman of the CBSS Committee of Senior Officials) highly appreciates the potential for cooperation in the development of other projects of mutual importance (Baltic Law Institute, SEBA project).
