Invitation and Visa

An official invitation letter is available for participants upon request. The invitation will be arranged as an electronic version signed by a representative of the Local Organizing Committee (PDF and/or JPEG files) and will be sent to participants as an email attachment. Please inform us if you need an original printed copy of the invitation.

Those who need an entrance visa for Latvia, are required to send the following data for each participant or accompanying person: family and given names, sex, date and place of birth, home address, periods of stay in Latvia and city.
