Please find a registration form attached to this circular or download it. Please check the registration form carefully, add or change data where necessary, sign it and send it back as a Word document, pdf file, by fax or regular mail before April 1st, 2007.
Costs (in EURO)The registration fee (300 Euro) will cover the cost of the organizational expenses, the abstracts and excursion guide volume, the ice-breaking party, breakfasts, lunches, coffee/tea breaks, suppers and accommodation during meeting (from 3rd to 8th June), and intra vonference field sessions on 7th and 8th June, but not travel to and from Riga and not the cost of the post-conference excursion. It will not cover any additional (extra) accommodation, extra meals or personal entertainment.
- Registration fee:
The total cost of post-conference trip is ca. 50 Euro including bus, food and accommodation in Jurmala for one night (from 8th to 9th) will cover transportation, entrance fees, guide, accommodation, lunch and dinner, but not drinks.
- Cost of post-cinference trip:
If you are prepared to share a double room please indicate with whom and send this information to the organisers at the time of registration. If you are prepared to share but do not have a specific colleague in mind, please indicate this, too.
If you have any dietry restriction or other aspects which need to be taken into account, please inform the organizers at the time of registration.
A non-refundable deposit of 100 Euro should be paid by 1st April 2007.
Full payment must be made by 15th May 2007 or in cash during registration.The registration fees and field excursion costs may be paid in the following ways:
