Cross-country skiing employs almost all muscle groups. It trains and shapes not only your arms and legs, but also your back, belly and buttocks. Cross-country skiing improves sense of balance and coordination of movements, as well as promotes endurance, reduces joints, activates fat burning, promotes metabolism and strengthens the immune system.

Remember!
This is a seasonal sport, so do not miss the snow and go to workouts on Mondays and Wednesdays from 17:00.

Location: S/N Arkādija Park Skiing Track (Uzvaras boulevard 10) - MAP

You need your equipment or rent it on the spot!
