The subscription and the trial access databases are available in the entire University of Latvia (Lanet) network; authorization through IP addresses. Students and employees of the University of Latvia can access these databases also outside the University by using the University of Latvia VPN (Virtual Private Networking) or using database server. IOPscience
IOPscience is Institute of Physics (IOP) Publishing full text journal database in natural sciences, technic and medicine, mostly in physics.

Journal of Chemical Education
Online version of Journal of Chemical Educatio published by Division of Chemical Education of the American Chemical Society.

JSTOR
JSTOR is multipurpose database of scientific journals. The JSTOR journal collections Arts & Sciences I – VI are available only in the Faculty of Social Sciences (Lomonosova St. 1a).

Latvijas Vēstnesis
The database, portal of Latvian Law provides free access to online version of “Latvijas Vēstnesis”, the official newspaper of the Republic of Latvia and Likumi.lv. The access to the journal "Jurista Vārds" is accessable from the network of University of Latvia.

NAIS
The information system on laws and regulations contains the entirety of Latvia’s laws and regulations as well as the international laws in force in Latvia. The local version of NAIS can be accessed from the Library of Law (Raiņa blvd. 19) and Central Library of the University of Latvia (Kalpaka blvd 4).

Passport GMID (Global Market Information Database)
Passport GMID (Global Market Information Database) - online information system in international business and marketing, economics, international relations, tourism etc. from Euromonitor International.

Physical Review Online Archive (PROLA)
The database with journal archives in physics. The access to the journal Physical Review Letters is from 1958. till the latest issue.līdz jaunākajam numuram.

Zentralblatt MATH Online access
The database with bibliographyc information and abstracts in mathematics, can be accessed only from the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics and its library (Zeļļu iela 8).

RUBRICON

SAGE Journals Online
