Having graduated with honour in Georgia from Akaki Tsereteli State University of Social Science Faculty with specialization in Law, I immediately decided to continue my master studies abroad at the University of Latvia in the European Studies programme.
To see and study Europe from the perspective of a New EU Member country was very interesting for me. My impressions exceeded my expectations. International atmosphere, highly qualified lectures and EU practitioners and nice environment help me to develop knowledge in different spheres. In addition, history and cultural life of Riga is really fascinating and valuable for me.
I would advise to study European Studies at the University of Latvia in Riga and you will enjoy your studies in the programme as much as I did.

I enjoyed my studies in this programme. Friendly environment, good relations between teachers and students and well organised Programme. Many guest lectures by international profesors and experts gave another chance to learn more about the EU and its development having different points of views. A study visit to Brussels was a wonderful opportunity for me to learn the mechanism of how the European Institutions function and discover European political culture from inside. Overall, I can say it was a good experience and I am satisfied with with my choice.
