The target audiences of this programme are students who currently are working in education (preschool, primary, secondary school, high school, adult education) or prepare oneself for working in education in close relation with issues related to inclusion, integration of diverse students’ needs into pedagogical process. The program is designed to study by following a part-time interactive self-organized e-learning model, there are no obligatory regular face-to-face lectures students must compulsory attend.
The Master’s programme offers postgraduate students a Joint University Master Degree in “Educational Treatment of Diversity”, offered by 4 Universities:
Coordinating University: National University of Distance Education (Madrid, Spain)
Participating Universities: Charles University in Prague (Prague, Chequia), University of Latvia (Riga, Latvia), Education University of Ludwigsburg (Reutlingen, Germany).
Successful acquisition of the programme allows to award graduate students with an academic Master degree in Pedagogy of the all four participating universities. The competences of the Maser’s graduate correspond to the requirements of EQF lifelong learning level 7. After successful completion of the programme students can continue with the doctoral studies on education sciences and Joint doctoral studies on Educational treatment of diversity.

Study period and classes time
Classes are organized in the interactive e-study environment. Meetings and consultations with professors are being held on Fridays from 4.30pm till 10.00pm.
Career opportunities
This Joint Degree will reveal that students have been trained as specialized professionals to work in education for people with diverse special needs, and that they have been prepared to research in different fields related to education with people with diverse needs.
Admission requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or certified documents proving equivalent education at an institution of higher education;
2. If English or Spanish is not your native language and/or your previous education is not obtained in English or Spanish, you must present results of one of the internationally recognized language tests, a satisfactory grade in English or Spanish in the diploma supplement for previous education, or get a satisfactory grade in English or Spanish obtained in the entrance examination;
3. Entrance examination - as part of the selection procedure applicants will be called to an interview. For the interview a Curriculum Vitae must be provided, where information on student’s professional activity and English/Spanish/German language knowledge is included.
