AZERBAIJAN

DOCUMENTS FOR ADMISSION

When applying for a Bachelor’s programme, applicants have to present the following document:

  • Secondary School diploma (Tam orta təhsil haqqinda attestat)

When applying for Master’s programme, applicants have to present the following documents:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Bakalavr diploma) AND diploma supplement

Officially certified copies of the documents must be presented in original language and in English.

RESIDENCE PERMIT

BANGLADESH

DOCUMENTS FOR ADMISSION

When applying for a Bachelor’s programme, applicants have to present the following documents:

  • Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC)/Alim
  • Transcript of records

Grade point average (GPA) has to be at least 2.5-3.5 points!

When applying for Master’s programme, applicants have to present the following documents:

  • Bachelor’s degree + diploma supplement.
  • Transcript of records

University of Latvia accepts students from First and from Second Division (total score at least 51%)

Officially certified copies of the documents must be presented in original language and in English;

DOCUMENTS FOR ADMISSION

When applying for a Bachelor’s programme, applicants have to present one of the following documents:

  • General Certificate of Education, Ordinary Level (GCE O-level) (At least 5 subjects) AND
  • General Certificate of Education, Advanced Level (GCE A-level) (At least 2 subjects).

For French part:

  • Baccalauréat de l’Enseignement Secondaire;
  • Baccalauréat Technique
  • Releve de Notes/Transcript

When applying for Master’s programme, applicants have to present the following documents:

  • Attestation of Results/Degree Certificate
  • Transcrtipt of records/ Academic transcript

For French part:

  • Attestation de Reussite/Bachelor´s Degree Success Testimonial
  • Releve de Notes/Transcript

The copies of the General Certificates of Education results must be notarized or verified by the Cameroon General Certificate of Education Board).

Copies of the documents must be verified either by the Office du Baccalauréat du Cameroun or by the notary.

The University of Latvia accepts students from First and Second Division (upper class) only.

EGYPT

When applying for a Bachelor’s programme, applicants have to present one of the following documents:

  • General Secondary Education Certificate (GSEC) (Thanaweya A`ama ) or
  • Al-Azhar General Secondary Certificate with at least all grades above 70% (Can apply for studies at the University of Latvia if study programme contains general education subjects) and
  • Secondary school transcript.

Required Examination: The Secondary School Certificate Examination. Examination Certificate has to be issued by Ministry of Education (in Islam school system- Supreme Council of the Al-Azhar Institution)

When applying for Master’s programme, applicants have to present the following documents:

  • Bachelor's degree in the chosen specialty, with score at least ”Good” and diploma supplement.

Can’t apply for studies with Industrial Tech. Secondary school diploma!

The University of Latvia accepts students from upper division only.

  • Secondary School (Matriculation) Examination certificate (may be one or two documents if two, then other one is mark sheet);
  • Senior (Higher) secondary Examination Certificate (May be one or two document if two, then other one is mark sheet);
  • Diploma (issued by State Board of Technical Education, if it’s been 3 year study programme) + mark sheet.

When applying for Master’s programme, applicants have to present one of the following documents:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Bachelor of Arts/Science (General) – comparable only to 2 years of University Education in Latvia. For this applicants also needs to have Master of Arts/Science
  • Bachelor’s degree with specialization or 4 years Bachelor’s degree is comparable as finished University Education in Latvia.
  • Academic transcript

Officially certified copies of the documents must be presented in original language and in English;

University of Latvia accepts applications only with 1st and 2nd Class/Division diplomas.

It is recommended to submit all education documents for more qualitative recognition of education.

The University of Latvia does not accept education documents from informal education institutions and further education/continuing education institutions.

  • Intermediate (Higher) Secondary Examination Certificate (may be one or two documents if two, then other one is mark sheet) OR
  • Diploma in Commerece+marks sheet OR
  • Diploma of Associate Engineer+marks sheet

When applying for Master’s programme, applicants have to present  the following documents:

  • Bachelor´s degree certificate (4 year Bachelor or 2+2 Master) or provisional certificate
  • Transcript

University of Latvia accepts students from First and from Second Division (total score at least 51%)

Documents must be certified by the HEC (Higher Education Commission of Pakistan) and IBCC label, which certifies authenticity.

If bachelor’s diploma doesn’t have statuss „Honours”, then it’s only valid as 2-year Bachelor’s in Latvia and with this diploma applicant can’t apply for Master’s degree studies.

When applying for Master’s programme, applicants have to present Bachelor’s degree diploma (Darajai bakalavr) and diploma supplement.

Health insurance

The University of Latvia has an agreement with insurance company ERGO. You can get health insurance from this company for one year. It costs 161.40 EUR. Price includes discounts and free doctor appointments. Health insurance is obligatory for process of obtaining a residence permit. TURKEY

DOCUMENTS FOR ADMISSION

When applying for a Bachelor’s programme, applicants have to present the following documents:

  • Secondary school diploma + transcript of records (Lise Diplomasi or Anadolu Lisesi Diplomasi or Meslek Lisesi Diplomasi or Teknik Lisesi Diplomasi)
  • Exam results issued by ÖSYM

Graduates until 2009 (including 2009) have to present ÖSS exam results (Öğrenci Seçme Sınavı), students who graduated after 2009 have to present two exam results YGS (Yükseköğretime Geçiş Sınavı) and LYS (Lisans Yerleştirme Sınavları).

Exam results (ÖSS, YGS, LYS) does not have to be verified by the ÖSYM only in terms that the presented document provides information about the applicants code (Sonuç Belgesi Kontrol Kodu)

Bachelor’s degree statement (Bakalavr Diplomiga Ko’chirma) – is not valid without final diploma!
