The course is intended for upper intermediate level students to develop confidence, fluency and accuracy in the English language. The objectives of the course are 1) to expand, reinforce and perfect learners’ knowledge of English grammar through regular participation in various grammar tasks (both oral and written) based on the deductive and inductive method, 2) to make them aware of the distinctions between British and American English, 3) to promote learners’ ability to express themselves spontaneously without much obvious searching for expressions, and 4) to expand their vocabulary on the topics covered in the course.
