The purpose of the Quality Management and Audit Department’s activity is to evaluate compliance of the academic, business and managerial processes of the University of Latvia. Main targets of the Department are implementation of the quality management principles in the UL as well as organization of internal audits. As a result of the abovementioned targets, the UL Leadership is provided by the independent evaluation of the internal control system of the UL as well as recommendations for its improvement.
